What virtualization technologies do you offer?
Currently we offer OpenVZ only.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7 day refund policy. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. (Full Refund Policy)

What is the setup time for services?
All of our VPS servers are automatically setup, services are generally deployed within minutes. Sometimes an order is flagged for manual review. This will delay setup up to 12 hours.

How do I access my control panel for the VPS?
You can access the SolusVM Control Panel by visiting our VPS Manager

How do I cancel services?
All services must be canceled via our support system. You can open a ticket at our support page.

How much are additional IP addresses?
Additional IP addresses can be purchased during or after ordering at a cost of $1.50 per IP per month. You can order additional IPs here.

Where can I find a copy of your Terms of Service?

How can I test your network before buying?
You can visit our Network Page. Each of our nodes has a test IP that you can ping or traceroute.
